A non-clinical, laidback 4-part program concentrating on four important areas, spiritual conditioning, peer connection, daily lifestyle, and temperament awareness, which are critical to achieving and maintaining stress resistance and reaching one’s fullest potential. As we move through and experience life, we are constantly challenged by all of the negative happenings around us to guard our hearts and minds from being deceived and corrupted. Without putting in place and having a better understanding of these four areas, we are left vulnerable to our sinful-nature leading us down the path of destruction.
